Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in County Galway to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive KPI results. You will lead and motivate the store team, maintain shop floor presentation, and ensure stock levels meet customer demand.

The role requires a Leaving Certificate or equivalent, at least 2 years in management in a fast-paced environment, and a driving licence. A passion for a fast-paced setting with targets and deadlines is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably experience as Assistant Store Manager, but not essential with the right attitude

What you'll need

• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
