Job summary

Lidl Ireland is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations and drive performance in a fast-paced environment. You will support the Store Manager, motivate the team, maintain shop floor standards, and ensure stock levels are optimal while delivering outstanding customer service.

The role requires leadership experience, a driving licence, and a customer-focused mindset. A flexible shift pattern and a proactive attitude are essential for success at Lidl Ireland.

Qualifications

• Leaving certificate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Full driving licence.
• Ability to work varying shift patterns.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines.
• Preferably, previous experience as Assistant Store Manager.

What you'll do

What you'll need

• You have completed your leaving certificate or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years management experience in a fast-paced environment
• Full driving licence
• A passion for working in a fast-paced, varied environment, hitting targets and meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The flexibility to work varying shift patterns
• Preferably, previous experience working as an Assistant Store Manager, but this is not essential provided you have the right attitude
