Job summary

Sunbeam House Services is seeking a Deputy Service Manager for Eolas & The Pod Day Services in Bray and Wicklow Town. You will support the PIC in day-to-day operations, ensuring HIQA-compliant, person-centred supports for adults with intellectual disabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year's supervisory, shift lead or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations, safeguarding and person-centred practice.
• Excellent communication, organisation and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day operation of the service with the PIC, ensuring high-quality supports.
• Lead teams and staff development to maintain service standards.
