Job summary

Corpay is seeking a Deputy MLRO for its Alpha FX division, based in Dublin, Ireland. You will support the Irish MLRO, oversee AML/CFT controls, and report to the Group Head of Compliance.

The role includes coordinating with Sales, Legal, Compliance and Operations teams across Europe and beyond. You will conduct investigations, assist with regulatory reporting, and help standardise financial crime frameworks across products and integrations.

Qualifications

• Proven AML/CFT and sanctions experience.
• Experience with Irish/EU financial crime rules.
• Ability to investigate suspicious activity and prepare reports.
• Strong documentation and decision-log skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as Deputy MLRO and manage STRs.
• Assist Irish MLRO and escalate as needed.
• Investigate internal suspicious activity reports promptly.
• Prepare STRs for FIU Ireland and ROS for Revenue.
• Maintain confidential case files and rationale logs.
• Advise staff on escalation, confidentiality and tipping-off.
• Oversee AML/CFT governance, monitoring and sanctions control.
