Qualifications

• Minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent.
• Three years in childcare, with at least one year in a management role.
• Ability to liaise with parents, guardians and families and build partnerships.
• Understand and implement Tusla guidelines and National Curriculum Frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and manage daily operations to provide a safe, developmentally appropriate environment.
• Demonstrate knowledge of children’s age/stage-appropriate holistic needs and development.
• Lead on improving standards in early learning and care and model best practices.
• Implement REACH curriculum aligned with Síolta and Aistear frameworks.
• Deputise for centre manager and manage health, safety and company policies.
