Job summary

Woodie's in Naas is seeking a Deputy Manager for the Naas Road store to lead a dynamic team and grow the business on a permanent basis. You will develop colleagues, align with business targets, and drive excellent customer service.

The ideal candidate will have retail management experience in a fast-paced environment, a track record of developing teams, and a commitment to diversity of thought and inclusive leadership. This role is full-time with a 39-hour week and weekends as required.

• Collaborate with horticulturists to deliver garden centre excellence.
• Work with Kitchen Design Consultants to enhance customer experience.
• Support store management with payroll and headcount budgets.

We are now looking for a Deputy Manager to help grow and develop our **Naas Road** store on a permanent basis.

We are seeking a motivated individual to help develop and encourage our colleagues throughout their day-to-day duties and challenges while supporting the business needs.

The specifics:

• Full time 39-hour contract
• Working week 5 out of 7 days; every second weekend and Bank holiday required

Main role responsibilities include:

• Delivering excellent customer service by actively mentoring and coaching our in-store team

• Follow health and safety regulations to maintain excellent operational standards to ensure a safe environment for our colleagues and customers
• Work closely with our horticulturists to ensure our garden centre delivers excellence that inspires our customers
• Collaborate with our Kitchen Design Consultants to provide the best possible customer experience in our showrooms.
• Support the store management team in making the best use of our payroll and headcount budgets
