Job summary

Noel Group in Galway is seeking an ambitious Deputy General Manager to join our leading hotel group. In this senior role you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily hotel operations, mentor department heads and drive guest experience and commercial performance.

You will develop high-performing teams, manage KPIs, revenue and costs, and contribute to the property’s strategic growth with a people-focused, hospitality-led culture.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience as a Deputy General Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Hotel Manager.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience managing KPIs, revenue, and costs.
• Proven leadership and people development experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
