Job summary

Ryanair Group Holdings is recruiting a Deputy Director of Planning to join the Engineering Department in our Swords, Dublin HQ. You will lead a team of 30+ planners across sites, ensuring safe, efficient and timely maintenance for a fleet expanding toward 300M passengers.

Reporting to the Director of Engineering, you will coordinate with 3rd party MROs, operation control, and commercial leaders to maximise aircraft availability and growth readiness.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience in airline planning or maintenance environments.
• Detailed understanding of EASA Part-M, Part-CAMO and Part-145 regulations is essential.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with ability to drive cross-site projects.
• Flexible approach to delivery and tight timelines.
• Experience with AMOS is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large planning team across multiple sites for line and base maintenance.
• Ensure all scheduled/unscheduled maintenance is planned safely and on time.
• Coordinate production planning across 6 regions with regional planners.
• Provide day-to-day oversight of maintenance planning across Ryanair group.
• Liaise with 3rd party MROs and suppliers for upcoming maintenance work.
• Coordinate with operation control and commercial leaders to maximise aircraft availability.
• Create and update short, medium and long-term maintenance plans for fleet growth.
