Job summary

Greater Giving, Inc. is seeking a Deployment Coordinator to support client relationships and production planning within our payments-focused team. You will coordinate Purchase Orders with vendors, monitor SLA, and assist with pricing and material planning while ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, vendor management, and maintaining accurate production schedules to support revenue growth and KPI performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years relevant experience preferred.
• Strong client relationship and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Builds client relationships/retention across one or more clients and communicates accuracy, quality and timeliness of products/services (SLA).
• Plans and executes Purchase Orders to specifications, coordinates production with vendors, and monitors SLA compliance.
• Assists with pricing, material planning, and vendor quality reviews; helps educate clients on product choices.
• Notifies vendors of material discrepancies and resolves billing disputes; acts as primary contact for vendor issues.
