The Dublin Dental University Hospital is seeking a Production Laboratory Administrator Grade IV to join the Dental Laboratory Department on a permanent, on-site basis. The role involves logging and tracking dental lab cases, liaising with external labs, and producing monthly cost reports.

You will support staff and students, maintain ISO documentation, and contribute to committee meetings. Candidates should have a QQI Level 6 qualification or higher, strong admin skills, proficiency in MS

Competenze

• Hold a comparable and relevant third level qualification at least level 6 on QQI.
• Strong administration skills including the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst maintaining attention to detail.
• Be able to work on their own initiative and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with staff and students.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams and Zoom.
• Flexible and adaptable, particularly during the busy period Oct–Mar.

Mansioni

• Processing of all Laboratory work entering and leaving the Lab daily.
• Ensuring that all laboratory prescription sheets are filled out correctly and checking for any Non-Compliances.
• Keeping track of internal and external laboratory work to ensure timely return.
• Liaise with external laboratories to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Produce monthly reports detailing volume of work with cost per department.
• Managing queries from staff and students and providing induction training at the start of each academic year.
• Maintaining records, including data collection for yearly ISO reports.
• Compiling reports for ISO accreditation on a yearly basis.
• Compiling the minutes at laboratory committee meetings.
• General laboratory duties including office administration for laboratory staff.
• Attending team meetings and other meetings as required.
