Job summary

Truly is seeking a Dental Nurse Supervisor for Dame Street in Dublin to keep a busy digital dental hospital running smoothly. You will support the Head Nurse, oversee floors, manage stock and equipment, and ensure decontamination and infection control standards are met.

This full-time permanent role offers rotating shifts from 7:30am-2:30pm and 1:30pm-8:30pm, with a salary of €17.00 to €20.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience working in dentistry.
• Experience leading or supervising nurses.
• Proficient with Slack and Dentally or similar practice software.
• Calm, clear communicator; reliable with follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support the Head Nurse across the building and daily floor issues.
• Oversee all floors to ensure staff perform their roles.
• Escalate problems to the right person quickly.
• Receive and track deliveries, including lab work, and allocate stock correctly.
• Carry out routine decontamination and infection control checks.
• Help ensure end-of-day readiness and next-day prep.
