Job summary

Oleson is seeking an experienced Delta V Automation Engineer to manage and maintain automation infrastructure in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment in Dublin. You will ensure cGMP and GAMP compliance, integrate systems with MES/IT platforms, and develop detailed documentation.

Applicants should have hands-on experience with DeltaV, Emerson Syncade, and OSI PI, along with strong problem-solving skills and expertise in automation system support, change control, and GMP standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Extensive experience in the automation industry within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Hands-on experience with Delta V automation platform and Emerson Syncade.
• In-depth knowledge of cGMP and GAMP for automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automation systems in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Ensure automation systems comply with cGMP and GAMP standards.
• Support manufacturing operations by troubleshooting and resolving automation issues.
• Implement change controls, conduct impact assessments, and manage deviations.
• Integrate automation systems with MES and other IT platforms.
• Develop documentation, including validation protocols and reports, to support system lifecycle activities.
