Job summary

Oleson is seeking an experienced DeltaV Automation Engineer in Dublin to maintain pharmaceutical automation systems. The role focuses on cGMP/GAMP compliance, system integration with MES/IT, and thorough documentation across the system lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has hands-on DeltaV, Emerson Syncade, and OSI PI experience, plus strong problem-solving skills and manufacturing facility support experience. Immediate start possible.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a similar DeltaV/automation role.
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and GAMP standards.
• Experience with DeltaV, Emerson Syncade and OSI PI.
• Experience with SQL Server and IT interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain DeltaV automation systems in pharma manufacturing.
• Ensure systems comply with cGMP, GAMP and change controls.
• Troubleshoot and resolve automation issues to support operations.
• Develop validation protocols and lifecycle documentation.
• Integrate automation with MES/IT platforms.
• Manage deviations and conduct impact assessments.
