Job summary

Reperio Human Capital Ltd is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager to join the Platforms leadership team in Cork/Kerry on a hybrid basis. You will lead delivery across platform change, integrations and BAU improvements, while directly line-managing Business Analysts and Systems Integration Specialists.

You will translate roadmaps into actionable delivery plans, prioritise technical work and act as the senior escalation point for delivery trade-offs, working with senior stakeholders to shape

Delivery Manager

Cork/Kerry - Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, hands-on Delivery Manager to join the Platforms leadership team of a well-established Irish multinational's Managed Services division.

You'll be responsible for delivering change, enhancement and integration work across a platform estate supporting customer contact and operational services. You will also lead a team of Business Analysts and Systems Integration Specialists. This is a hands-on technical delivery role, not a PMO or governance position.

Delivery Manager - Key Responsibilities:

• Own delivery of platform change, integration and BAU improvement initiatives.
• Translate platform roadmaps into clear, achievable delivery plans.
• Line manage, coach and develop Business Analysts and Systems Integration Specialists.
• Allocate and prioritise technical delivery effort, intervening directly when delivery stalls.
• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery issues and trade-offs.
• Work with the Head of Platforms and senior stakeholders on delivery options and decisions.

Delivery Manager - Experience Required:

• Strong, hands-on experience leading delivery in complex technology or platform environments.
• Proven experience directly line managing Business Analysts, Systems Analysts or similar.
• Technical, integration or automation experience strong enough to make credible trade-off calls.
• Experience across both change initiatives and BAU improvement.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder management skills.
• CCaaS, CRM, multichannel or AI-enabled platform experience is a strong advantage.
