Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Lead to oversee the successful delivery of complex transformation projects. You will lead end-to-end delivery, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks and ensure alignment with client objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders, provide strategic guidance, and drive continuous improvement to enhance delivery efficiency and value. A strong background in energy-related transformations is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of delivery experience across full delivery life cycle.
• Experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Proven ability to lead and manage people across teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of complex projects or programmes.
• Lead a multi-functional team across the project lifecycle.
• Provide functional/technical guidance to design and implementation work.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and capacity planning.
• Track and manage project financials to meet objectives.
• Maintain risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
• Deliver status reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals.
