Job summary

PulseLearning Global is seeking a proactive, organised Project Manager to support a client in Limerick, Ireland. You will manage end-to-end delivery, bring structure to projects, and develop consistent PM frameworks and reporting across the organisation.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels, and drive process improvements while maintaining budgets and timelines. The role offers growth in a collaborative, hands-on environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in a dedicated Project Manager role.
• Experience managing schedules, budgets, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Practical experience developing or improving PM frameworks, methodologies, processes, or governance structures.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple projects.
• Strong project reporting, documentation, and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders at different levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience using Teamwork.com or similar PM platforms.
• Experience supporting organisational change or process improvements.
• Exposure to portfolio reporting, resource planning, or capacity management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of assigned projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, scope, and quality requirements are achieved.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and project documentation.
• Track project progress, identify potential delays, and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, forecasts, and resource requirements.
• Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate project meetings, maintain action logs, and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely project status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Support the development, implementation, and improvement of PM frameworks, methodologies, and governance processes.
• Establish standardised templates, documentation, reporting tools, and workflows.
• Encourage adoption of improved processes and ways of working across teams.
