Job summary

YUS Partners is seeking a Delivery Director to own the quality, profitability and client satisfaction of all engagements in Ireland. You will turn signed deals into staffed, well-run projects, planning assignments, supervising consultants on site and remotely, and escalating early when a project drifts.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in SAP consulting with hands-on delivery experience.
• Minimum 3+ years in delivery leadership (director, engagement manager or similar).
• Hands-on credibility in SAP logistics/EWM/Supply Chain.
• Proven track record running multiple concurrent client projects.
• Fluent English and senior stakeholder communication.
• Right to work in Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery plans for active engagements, including scope, staffing, milestones, budgets and margins.
• Lead weekly delivery reviews and escalate risks before clients.
• Set and enforce delivery standards, including documentation, cutover and testing.
• Act as delivery sponsor for accounts, managing escalations and client satisfaction.
• Identify extension and cross-sell opportunities with commercial leads.
• Manage consultants in Ireland: planning, performance reviews and coaching.
• Drive Irish recruitment and ensure permit compliance per Irish rules.
