Job summary

Applegreen Birdhill is hiring a Bakewell Team Member to join our front-line deli operations. You will help deliver great guest experiences, assist with food preparation and maintain high food-safety standards while working in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility across weekdays and weekends is expected. You will train on Bakewell procedures, stock control, and customer service, and you will work closely with management to help meet weekly targets while delivering a positive, efficient service

• Interest in food and hospitality is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of the store.
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy and compliant with food safety policies.

Deli Team Member - Applegreen Birdhill

As a Bakewell Team Member at Applegreen, you will be a crucial part of our front-line operations.

*Candidates should be flexible throughout the week, including weekends.

What will I be doing as a Bakewell Team Member at Applegreen?

• Support day to day operations of the business.
• Ensure shop floor is clean and tidy.
• Ensure all food safety policies are met.
• Follow and enforce Bakewell manual training contents.
• Stock control and management.
• Create the best food experience possible for customers.
• Work closely with management to achieve weekly and quarterly targets.
