Job summary

Londis Castletroy is recruiting for a Full-Time Deli Assistant in Castletroy, County Limerick. The role involves preparing, presenting and serving deli foods to a high standard while maintaining HACCP-compliant food safety standards and delivering excellent customer service in a busy deli environment.

Responsibilities include keeping counters and displays clean and well-stocked, monitoring freshness and stock rotation, assisting with deliveries and inventory, and responding to customer queries

Responsibilities

• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP procedures.
• Ensure counters, displays, and food preparation areas are clean, well-stocked, and presented to company standards.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and stock rotation to minimise waste.
• Assist with deliveries, stock replenishment, and inventory control.
• Respond to customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
• Follow health and safety procedures and contribute to a safe working environment.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support deli operations.
• Undertake other reasonable duties as required by management.
