Job summary

Applegreen Ballyfermot is seeking a Bakewell Manager to lead daily Bakewell operations at our Ballyfermot site. You will ensure standards in food preparation, cleanliness, and service, while building strong guest relationships.

You will recruit and develop teammates, manage scheduling and performance, maintain food hygiene and safety, and drive sales. A can-do attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and enjoys interacting with customers.
• Ability to work well with colleagues in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Bakewell, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
