Job summary

Applegreen Ballyfermot is seeking a Bakewell Manager to oversee the Bakewell deli operations on site in Ballyfermot, Dublin. You will lead a team, ensure food prep, cleanliness, and customer service standards, and drive sales targets.

The role offers development opportunities within a large road-side hospitality brand; you will engage with customers, manage recruitment and training, and uphold health and safety regulations while delivering great guest experiences.

What will I be doing as a Bakewell Manager at Applegreen?

• Oversee daily operations of the Bakewell, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
