Job summary

Applegreen Cork North Ring Road is seeking a Bakewell Manager to lead frontline operations in a busy Bakewell unit. You will manage daily activities, uphold brand standards, ensure food safety and deliver exceptional guest service while driving sales and building strong customer relationships.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a similar role, strong communication skills and a positive, proactive team attitude in a fast-paced environment. Opportunities for development exist.

What will I be doing as a Bakewell Manager at Applegreen?

• Oversee daily operations of the Bakewell, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas including, food preparation, cooking, cleanliness, and customer service.
• Lead and manage a team of colleagues, including recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and restaurant cleanliness. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and sanitation standards.
• Driving sales forward and achieving sales targets.
