Job summary

Talent Connectors Ltd t/a EU Workforce is seeking an experienced Deli Charge-Hand in Co. Tipperary, Ireland. You will be responsible for day-to-day deli operations, food preparation, and presentation in a busy retail environment.

This full-time role offers 39 guaranteed hours per week, Monday to Friday 7:00 AM–4:00 PM, with occasional weekend flexibility. Salary €16.00–€16.50 per hour, with accommodation support: €125 per week plus bills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years deli/food-service experience required
• Supervisory or charge-hand experience preferred
• Strong rostering and staff coordination skills
• Stock ordering, control and waste management
• Good English and customer-service skills

Requirements
