Job summary

Musgrave Group Plc is hiring a Deli Supervisor for Centra Newbuildings. The role involves managing daily deli operations, food to go, deli, hot food, and in-store bakery, while leading a team to deliver excellent service to customers.

You will prepare meals, maximise sales, and maintain HACCP and Natasha’s Law compliance. The role offers a flexible shift pattern, with days, evenings, and weekends required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s recent experience in a busy fast food, cafe, deli, food to go or hot counter environment.
• GCSE Maths and English, Grade C or above (or equivalent) and/or further education in related discipline (e.g. NVQ in catering or higher).
• Good working knowledge of food safety practices (HACCP, scores on the doors, Natasha’s Law).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve hot and cold meals to maximise sales and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Manage and co-ordinate stock, ensure compliance and maintain stock records.
• Lead and train a team, conduct return-to-work interviews and ensure adherence to company policies.
