Job summary

LONDIS Cleveragh Road Co Sligo is seeking a dedicated Part-Time Deli Assistant to join our busy Sligo team. You will help customers, prepare and present deli products, and ensure the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a flexible weekend schedule; previous deli or retail experience is preferred. You will work around 20 hours per week in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness throughout the deli department.
• Monitor product quality, freshness, and stock rotation.
• Replenish stock and ensure displays are fully stocked and visually appealing.
• Work efficiently as part of a team to achieve departmental goals.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries in accordance with company procedures.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines.
