Job summary

Londis Dundalk is seeking an experienced Deli Assistant to join our team in Dundalk. The successful candidate will have deli experience, a strong understanding of food safety standards, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves preparing and serving hot and cold foods, maintaining displays, and ensuring HACCP and hygiene procedures are followed to a high standard. Shifts run 6:30am–3:00pm, Sundays included.

Qualifications

• Previous deli experience is essential.
• Level 2 HACCP certification is required.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene and food safety practices.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours.
• Available to work 6:30am – 3:00pm shifts, including Sundays.

Responsibilities
