Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a maintenance/ mechanical engineering role.
• Strong mechanical background with basic electrical fault-finding ability.
• Experience in manufacturing (food/FMCG ideal, but not essential).
• Proactive, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player, able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive maintenance across plant and equipment.
• Fault finding and troubleshooting to minimise downtime.
• Mechanical repair, fabrication, and installation work.
• Support continuous improvement and maintenance planning.
• Work closely with production to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure compliance with H&S, hygiene, and quality standards.
