Job summary

Autism A Chara (previously Autism Initiatives Ireland CLG) is seeking a Facilitator to support adults in a day service in Wicklow Town. The role is 30 hours per week and requires a QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification, with the ability to implement person-centred plans and work on a rota basis.

Applicants should have Fluent English, strong communication skills and be willing to work shifts. A full driving licence in Ireland is desirable to drive service vehicles.

Qualifications

• Must hold a full QQI Level 5 Health Care qualification
• Knowledge of person-centred support for people with complex needs
• Good planning and ability to implement person-centred plans
• Fluent English with strong communication skills
• Valid Irish driving licence desired to drive service vehicles
