Job summary

Cpl Healthcare is partnering with an international technology organisation to recruit a Data Scientist for its Ireland Product team. This hands-on role spans statistical modelling, machine learning, data engineering and analytical problem-solving, with production delivery and measurable impact.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and customer-facing teams to turn large datasets into actionable insights and robust solutions.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in applied data science or related field.
• Strong Python development with libraries (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch).
• Good understanding of databases, data schemas and reliable pipeline development.
• Experience deploying machine learning models to production and monitoring performance.
• Ability to collaborate across product, engineering and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate open-ended data problems and develop solutions through iteration.
• Design, develop and maintain ML models and production-grade data pipelines.
• Prepare and structure large, complex datasets for analysis and modelling.
• Develop and improve predictive and classification models; enable entity resolution.
