Job summary

Eurofins PSS Ireland Ltd is seeking a Data Processing - Cognition Specialist to join the Cognition team at the client site in Ireland. The role is full-time and permanent, with a 39-hour week, Monday–Friday, focusing on regulatory filings and high-quality data documentation.

You will prepare stability reports, support BLA and IND submissions, and collaborate across global teams to optimise the Cognition Cockpit system while maintaining strict compliance and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Chemistry, Biology, or related field with stability knowledge.
• Experience in regulated scientific settings with data interpretation skills.
• GMP-compliance experience and lab quality knowledge.
• Knowledge of analytical techniques such as SEC-HPLC, RP-HPLC, Capillary SDS/IEF.
• Experience using LIMS and strong documentation practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review stability data reports for regulatory submissions (IND/BLA).
• Maintain shelf-life memoranda, annual stability reports and related docs.
• Support stability programme activities including BLA prep and data analysis.
• Collaborate with global teams to troubleshoot Cognition Cockpit issues and drive improvements.
• Independently write, revise, and maintain SOPs and official documentation.
• Manage projects autonomously and stay updated with SOPs and quality docs.

Job Description

As a Data Processing - Cognition Specialist you will serve as a member of the Cognition team within the client environment to support their technical and analytical tasks, to work to the highest standards in terms of quality and professionalism.

Job Responsibilities that you be covering:

• You will prepare and review stability data reports to support regulatory submissions, including IND and BLA filings, while ensuring the accuracy and integrity of associated documentation.
• You will update and maintain shelf-life memoranda, annual stability reports, and other key stability documentation in compliance with Eurofins quality and regulatory standards.
• You will support stability programme activities, including BLA preparation, batch data analysis, and the justification of product specifications.
• You will collaborate with global support teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and optimise issues within the Cognition Cockpit system, while driving continuous system improvements and enhancements.
• You will independently write, revise, and maintain SOPs, reports, and official documentation, ensuring adherence to current procedures, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• You will manage assigned projects autonomously, remain up to date with new and existing SOPs and quality documentation, and undertake additional responsibilities as required by management.

Qualifications

What skills, qualifications and experiences you will hold as an Data Processing - Cognition Specialist

• You will hold a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s qualification in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific discipline, with knowledge of analytical testing and/or stability studies relevant to the Eurofins laboratory environment.
• You will have significant industry experience within a regulated scientific setting, supported by strong analytical and mathematical skills to interpret complex data and deliver high-quality results.
• You will have practical analytical laboratory experience, preferably gained within a GMP-compliant environment, with a thorough understanding of laboratory quality and compliance requirements.
• You will have a working knowledge of analytical techniques such as SEC-HPLC, RP-HPLC, Capillary SDS, Capillary IEF, Residual Moisture, pH, Turbidity, UV, Particulate Analysis, ELISA, and Bioassays, which would be considered advantageous.
• You will have experience using laboratory information management systems (LIMS), alongside exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate and reliable documentation.
• You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within collaborative team structures, demonstrate leadership when required, and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
