Job summary

Sanofi in Waterford, Ireland seeks a Data Integrity Expert at Specialist, Manager, or Director level to join our Quality Systems team. You will help embed data integrity across operations, support regulatory readiness, and drive CAPA improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with data integrity and regulatory compliance in pharma/biotech environments.
• Strong understanding of data recording, storage and retrieval practices.
• Experience in CAPA, risk assessment and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure regulatory requirements and policies related to data integrity are followed.
• Conduct regular data quality checks and validations to identify issues.
• Develop and deliver training programs on data integrity principles and practices.
• Identify and address data integrity risks and implement mitigations.
• Lead documentation practices for data recording, storage and retrieval.
• Investigate data integrity incidents and drive CAPA actions.
• Oversee validation of computerized systems to meet data integrity needs.
• Support inspection readiness and regulatory audits related to data integrity.
