Job summary

Sanofi Waterford seeks a Quality Control Analytical Expert to provide analytical support for method validation, transfers, troubleshooting and investigations, ensuring cGMP compliance and data integrity.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive analytical excellence and continuous improvement across QC operations, contributing to the timely release of products.

This hybrid role offers exposure to a global biopharma network in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in quality control within the pharmaceutical industry, including GMP and regulatory requirements.
• Degree in science or related discipline, or equivalent experience supporting lower grade qualifications.
• Ability to analyze complex data and laboratory results to make informed decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in testing, reporting and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical expertise for projects, troubleshooting, and investigations on analytical methods and lab technologies.
• Coordinate analytical testing on projects (validation/transfer), ensuring adherence to scheduled plans.
• Perform tasks in accordance with cGMP and HSE requirements and related instructions and records.
• Record all raw data and calculations to comply with cGMP and data integrity requirements.
• Write/review protocols and reports related to analytical validation/transfers and qualification activities.
• Write/review and maintain accurate analytical methods procedures.
• Inform manager of quality or HSE events in a timely manner to support investigations.
• Participate in investigations to ensure impact assessment is performed appropriately.
• Perform periodic trend analysis on method performance to decide on revalidation or optimization.
• Ensure laboratory facilities and instruments are kept in a quality and safety state for proper use.
• Support QC teams during internal and external audits and inspections.
