Opportunity Overview

JM Data Talent is looking for an experienced Amazon (AWS) Data Engineer for one of its partners, based in Dublin city centre, for an initial 6-month contract engagement in Ireland. The role requires strong cloud data engineering experience with AWS, alongside hands‑on expertise in Python, Apache Airflow, Docker and Microservice Architecture. Experience supporting Machine Learning or ML-related data workloads would be an advantage.

Location: Dublin city centre, predominantly remote

On-site: 2-3 times per month at client site

Sponsorship: Not available (no visa or work permit sponsorship)

Authorisation required: Stamp 4 or EU national

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Requirements

• Be currently based in Ireland
• Be available to attend the client site approximately 2 to 3 times per month
• Already possess the legal right to work in Ireland for the full contract duration
• Not require visa or employment sponsorship
• Be available for an initial 6-month contract
