Job summary

Uniphar Group is seeking a Business Support Specialist to join the Business Support team in a 12-month fixed-term contract on a hybrid basis. The role requires strong data skills to generate accurate insights from diverse data sources and to support pricing, reporting, and operational metrics across 100+ blue-chip clients.

You will collaborate with multiple functions, manage multiple projects, and interface with the Master Data team to ensure accurate pricing and billing inputs.

Qualifications

• Experience with data cleansing and validation across multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects concurrently.
• Proficient in SAP BW/BI and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and transform high volumes of data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate data from internal and external sources for accuracy.
• Generate reporting, pricing, and operational metrics for 100+ clients.
• Deliver KPI sets to meet market reporting and stock goals.
• Support master data input from a pricing and billing perspective.
• Assist with New Account and New Product setups across teams.
• Propose alternative solutions to improve customer experience.
