Job summary

Zohorecruit is seeking a Data Centre Security Manager in Dublin 12 for a permanent, onsite leadership role within our EMEA operations. You will oversee operations, security procedures, and client relations across our data centre platforms.

The ideal candidate will bring proven management experience, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a clean driving licence. Travel may be required to meet client and site needs. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in management or supervisory roles.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Full clean driving licence (manual vehicle).
• Proficient in Google & Microsoft platform suites and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Operations coordination.
• Client management.
• Team management.
• KPI & SLA management.
• Develop, implement and maintain site-specific security procedures.
• Travel internationally as required.
• Prepare and maintain security records and routine statistical reports.
• Communicate with employees and clients.
• Maintain, update and retrieve data on the company's platforms.
• Prepare operational and client reports.
• Support various company departments.
