Job summary

3D Personnel Ltd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (CSA) to join our data centre delivery team in Dublin. This lead commercial role will manage CSA packages on a major data centre project and support cost reporting and final accounts.

The ideal candidate will have QS experience with a main contractor on large projects, a degree in Quantity Surveying, and strong CSA commercial experience. Data centre or mission-critical experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• QS experience with a main contractor on large projects.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or similar.
• Strong CSA commercial experience.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience preferred.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage CSA subcontract packages commercially.
• Prepare valuations, payment certificates and cost reports.
• Manage variations and change control.
• Procure and award CSA packages.
• Support final account agreement.
