Job summary

An international recruitment agency is seeking a Project Manager with a proven track record in data centre construction and mechanical engineering. You will be responsible for managing large projects, ensuring timely and budgeted delivery, developing project plans, and maintaining adherence to specifications. The ideal candidate will have project management qualifications and strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with Procore or BIM360 is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management role within construction or M&E environment.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC and Air Handling systems.
• Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact during project phases.
• Manage day-to-day aspects of assigned projects.
