Job summary

Whitewater Group is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead complex construction and systems integration for large-scale data centre projects. The role covers coordinating all construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance, while managing client interactions and vendor teams across Europe.

The successful candidate will have a civil/mechanical/electrical engineering background, 5–7 years in site construction/integration, and a proven track record in delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
• Professional project management experience in construction/infrastructure.
• Experience with data centres or mission-critical environments preferred.
• Strong communications and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency with Procore and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all site construction activities, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Interact with client project teams and communications.
• Oversee site personnel, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure site safety and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with engineers to integrate systems and testing procedures.
• Provide regular progress updates and documentation.
• Act as main on-site point of contact for personnel and clients.
• Ensure high-quality standards and compliance with certifications.
• Identify and mitigate risks to keep the project on track.
