Job summary

Global Professional Consultants Ireland is seeking a Construction Manager for a prestigious Data Centre project in Finland. You will oversee CSA work packages, manage site operations, and ensure quality standards while fostering a strong safety culture.

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and a relevant engineering qualification. The position offers a competitive salary of €95,000 to €105,000 DOE, along with a generous living allowance, accommodations, and annual leave benefits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience in a similar role.
• Strong background in delivering CSA work packages.
• Experience working on Data Centre projects would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) work packages.
• Plan and monitor procurement, design, and installation activities.
• Ensure strict Quality Assurance/Control in compliance with standards.
• Liaise with design teams to align information flow with construction schedule.
• Manage project close-out items and submit reports to management.
