Job summary

NeoDyne is recruiting a highly skilled Construction Manager to support our data centre and mission-critical infrastructure projects. The role offers location flexibility within Ireland, with the position based at any of our Irish offices in Dublin, Cork, Waterford or Galway.

The successful candidate will contribute during pre-construction/design phases and during project execution, helping NeoDyne expand its data centre portfolio.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in construction management within complex engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building services interfaces with civil, structural and architectural works.
• Experience coordinating with contractors, vendors, consultants and client teams.

Responsibilities

• Review designs, contractor proposals and equipment layouts for access, installation and sequencing.
• Support tendering, contractor evaluation, procurement and construction planning activities.
• Represent NeoDyne during the construction phase and coordinate with contractors, vendors and client teams.
• Monitor progress against design and programme, flag risks early.
• Assist with RFIs, technical queries, design changes and site coordination.
• Contribute to progress meetings and report construction status and actions.
• Uphold safety on site and ensure compliance with the site safety plan.
