Job summary

Winthrop Technologies Ltd in Dublin is seeking a Commissioning Administrator to join the CX team on site. You will manage CX tagging trackers, document control and daily progress reporting, coordinating with CX engineers, subcontractors and vendors.

You should be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with standard DC/CX software. Training will be provided, and you will report to the Commissioning Manager, contributing to QAQC and project objectives across Europe.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role within a construction environment.
• Experience with CX / QAQC software.
• Analytical problem solving and decisive actions.
• Process driven and proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain updates and status of CX Tagging trackers.
• Assist in preparation and submission of daily/weekly progress reports and status updates.
• Communicate with CX subcontractors and vendors for CX documentation.
• Upload to CX software and monitor status of documents, test scripts and RAMS.
• Expedite document submissions and approvals from stakeholders.
• Attend daily/weekly CX meetings with internal teams and vendors.
• Assist CX team with inductions and admin entry requirements to site.
• Coordinate with Project QAQC Dept to achieve CX quality objectives.
