Job summary

Qualifications

  • Apprenticeship or technical training with 1-2 years of related experience.
  • Ability to present information clearly to internal teams and clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset.
  • Basic math skills for percentages, discounts, and markups.

Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on mechanical & engineering systems.
  • Monitor and ensure safe environmental conditions on site.
  • Respond to Building Management System alarms and perform emergency repairs.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to meet required standards and regulations.
  • Complete planned PM and reactive maintenance on equipment.
  • Take meter readings from UPS, PDU, and utilities during site walkthroughs.
  • Document maintenance activities and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
