Job summary

Partner Company in Ireland seeks a Data Center Operations Director to lead large-scale infrastructure programs for hyperscale and enterprise clients. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, develop roadmaps, and manage end-to-end delivery to meet timelines and budgets.

The role requires a PMP with 10–12 years of experience, including 4–5 years in program management and a proven track record on $100M+ programs. Strong leadership and commercial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Business, PM or related field.
• PMP required; PgMP or equivalent preferred.
• 10–12 years total experience with 8–10 in PM and 4–5 in program management.
• Led three programs each worth $100M+.
• Deep data center operations experience across multi-site environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale hyperscale data center programs end-to-end.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams across engineering, PM, field services, supply chain and operations.
• Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with client goals and business objectives.
• Own P&L, revenue forecasting, budgets, and cost control.
• Establish governance, RACI, communications, and risk controls.
• Act as executive client partner and drive account growth.
