Job summary

Pure Data Centres is seeking a Team Leader for rotating shifts at our Dublin data centre. The role involves hands-on maintenance delivery, site coordination, and monitoring asset condition to ensure infrastructure availability and reliability.

You will provide technical leadership, support operational continuity, and drive safety and customer service standards. The role operates on a rotating shift pattern and reports to the Operations or Engineering Manager, acting as a peer to the Data Centre

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance delivery and site operations, ensuring 100% uptime.
• Coordinate planned, preventative and reactive maintenance.
• Oversee safety, incident response and reporting, including RCA support.
• Manage PTW, RAMS, and change management processes on shift.
• Mentor engineers and apprentices to develop skills and capability.
