Job summary

Google LLC is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead cross-functional data center projects from planning to delivery. You will collaborate with site teams, vendors, and design partners to implement manufacturing-led assembly models and maintain strict governance across the program.

The role focuses on end-to-end lifecycle management (BOD through Construction) within the FIA framework, with emphasis on standardization, risk management, and site productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in technical program management, construction execution, or project governance within data center environments.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects in data centers.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate specialty contractor onboarding to the FIA prescriptive model and govern tender and delivery workflows.
• Monitor on-site installation to ensure adherence to scope, cost, and schedule baselines.
• Review IFC models and Basis of Design deviations to assess scope, schedule, and cost impacts.
• Maintain critical components inventory and track off-site manufacturing milestones.
• Advance a repeatability-first standard to achieve high modular repeatability and off-site labor shift.
