EY FS Ireland seeks a Data & Analytics Director to lead data-driven engagements in Dublin. You will shape teams, manage client relationships and oversee complex Finance, Risk and Regulatory data delivery programs across Ireland/UK.

You bring senior consulting experience, strong data domain expertise and a passion for innovation, coaching diverse teams and building trusted advisory relationships in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in technology consulting with a blue‑chip firm and financial services knowledge.
• Proven leadership in data‑centric delivery projects with budget and timelines.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Experience in data strategy, architecture and regulatory reporting change programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead Data and Analytics engagements end to end, shaping teams and managing commercial elements.
• Build and manage client and partner relationships; identify new opportunities.
• Assess data strategies, tools and policies against industry best practices.
• Contribute to EY’s data strategy and publish viewpoints on trends and methodologies.
• Drive diverse teams with strong governance and risk management.
