Job summary

Kinisla is seeking a Food Scientist to advance dairy product development and manufacturing processes using advanced analytical techniques. You will translate customer needs into scientifically robust solutions for milk, cheese, yoghurt, dairy proteins, whey and casein ingredients, while connecting findings to product performance and commercial value.

Qualifications

Master's or PhD in Dairy Science, Food Science, or related.
3+ years' experience in R&D/technical development in industry.
Experience with dairy ingredients, nutritional products, or protein science preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine and advanced analyses of milk, dairy ingredients, and products using diverse analytical techniques.
Design and validate analytical methods to improve testing accuracy and efficiency.
Plan experiments, interpret data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for formulation and process development.
Provide analytical support across multidisciplinary R&D projects and support pilot plant trials and scale-up.
Prepare reports and SOPs, maintain records, and contribute to lab efficiency and adoption of new technologies.
Collaborate with universities, suppliers, and manufacturers to identify novel analytical approaches.
