Job summary

Kinisla offers an Early Careers Internship Programme in Ireland, starting January 2027 and March 2027, with options for 6 or 9 months in Charleville and Listowel. You will support the Food Safety and Quality team, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic dairy business and have the chance to progress to a Graduate Programme.

You will work on quality standards, training coordination, and audits, developing practical skills for a future in FSQ and wider dairy operations.

Qualifications

• Studying Food Science, Food Safety, Quality Assurance or a related degree.
• Results-oriented with the determination and drive to succeed.
• An exceptional communicator with strong teamwork and independent work ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Support the FSQ team in a fast-paced factory setting.
• Contribute to Continuous Improvement initiatives and CI projects.
• Assist with adherence to GMP and Quality Compliance Programme.
• Participate in factory audits, including customer and third-party audits.
