Job summary

Kinisla is seeking a Production Operator for our Listowel, County Kerry facility. The role involves liaising with shipping, warehousing and quality teams to ensure smooth production flows and GMP compliance.

Candidates should be organized, detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with a willingness to learn and improve processes and data administration.

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of the plant processes and products.
• Operate a clean as you go policy.
• Willing to learn good manufacturing practices (GMP).
• Be organized, systematic and able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and flexibility.
• Proficient with MS Office tools.
• Demonstrate teamwork and willingness to be part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate aptitude for decision making and delegate responsibilities where appropriate.
• Ensure adherence to GMP throughout all responsibilities.
• Ensure compliance with Health, Quality, Safety and Environment policy.
• Liaise with shipping, warehousing personnel, and quality teams.
• Maintain close contact with relevant parties and manage information sharing.
• Assimilate and coordinate information across production.
• Perform general production office administration and record keeping.
• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
• Monitor performance against expectations and report variances.
• Develop contingency plans and monitor corrective actions.
