Qualifications

• Proven leadership in manufacturing or dairy.
• Experience with Lean/CI in production.
• Strong understanding of GMP/HACCP and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety culture and ensure health and safety compliance.
• Optimize daily plant operations and production schedules.
• Drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality and yield.
• Coach and mentor operators to achieve high performance in a fast-paced environment.
